Do you offer custom engineering?
Yes — we have a full in-house engineering team for custom pressure vessels, heat exchangers and skidded systems. We work to ASME, PED, CRN and other codes as required.

What is your typical lead time?
Standard catalog items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom-engineered equipment is typically 6-12 weeks depending on complexity and certification requirements.
Logistics
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. We handle export documentation, certificates of origin and can ship FOB, CIF or DDP depending on your preference.
Quality
Which quality standards do you follow?
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Equipment can be supplied to ASME (U, U2, S, NB), PED (CE), CRN, ATEX, 3-A and EHEDG depending on the application.

How do I get a quote?
Use the RFQ form on our site, or email sale@halykpetroleum-kz.com with your requirements, drawings and quantity. Most quotes are returned within 48 hours.
Samples
Can I get a sample before ordering?
For selected catalog items, sample or evaluation units can be supplied at a nominal cost that is credited back on the first production order.
Service
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes, we offer global field service including installation supervision, commissioning, operator training and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Warranty
What is the warranty on your products?
All catalog products carry a standard 12-month warranty from shipment. Engineered equipment warranty is typically 18-24 months and clearly stated on the quotation.
